Description
*This class fulfills the Non-knitting Elective Requirement for WEKP.
Thisintermediate-level class is for spinners comfortable spinning with spinning ona continuous yarn – who want to take their craft to thenext level. Covering different drafting techniquesand matching them to your project, fiber theory, use of color and yarn design, plying on the spindle, and an awesome technique for chainplying as you spin, will all be practiced in class.
For the comfort and safety ofour students and teachers, students may be asked to wear a mask during inperson classes and workshops, and masks are available upon request.
Format: In-Person
Prerequisite: Intro to Drop Spindle or equivalent
Materials Required:
5-8oz Mixed Blue Face Leicester wool / 4″ whorl drop spindle (or the spindleyou use) / Ashford Niddy Noddy

CancellationPolicy: For all classes, payment of full tuition is due at time ofregistration. Tuition will be refunded only if the class is cancelled by WEBS,or if there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled.
