Finished Size:
Wristlets: 4.5(5.5) inches in circumference unstretched, to fit wrists up to 6(7) inches around
Neckwarmer: approximately 17(19.5) inches in circumference around neck at top
All pieces measure 5.5(6.5) inches in length from hem edge to top border

Gauge:
Wristlets: 22 sts and 32 rows = 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles (unblocked)
Neckwarmer: 20 sts and 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette  on larger needles (unblocked)

Needles:
Wristlets: size 4US (3.5 mm) DPNs for hem and size 2US (2.75 mm) DPNs for body (or size to obtain correct gauge)
Neckwarmer: size 5US (3.75 mm) 16-inch circular needle for hem and size 4US (3.5 mm)
