You will receive your Gift Card code via email post purchase. At the moment, we can’t send the gift card directly to the recipient (something we hope to offer soon!), but you can easily forward the confirmation email to them to share the code.
If you would like an eGift Card for an amount other than the one shown on this page, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
To redeem your eGift Card online, simply enter the eGift Card number in the Discount Code or Gift Card box in the checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 7 years from the date of issue.
Gift cards can only be used online and are not valid in-store.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled (unless canceled within 14 days of purchase, where permitted by applicable law, provided that the card has not been used within that period).
Gift cards cannot be used as a payment method when purchasing other Gift Cards.
Gift card purchases are not eligible for purchase with discount codes or other promotions.
Gift cards can only be redeemed on orders in the given currency.
Gift cards are not capable of being reloaded or topped up.
Gift cards are not redeemable in cash at any value (except as may be required by applicable law).
