Sara Delaney, the designer of Valley Yarns Wheatleigh Hat and gloves, was lucky enough to work at the Wheatleigh Inn overlooking the gorgeous Stockbridge Bowl as a young woman. This hat and glove set was inspired by the buttery-colored bricks of the Inn’s facade, the grays in the rustic gravel drive, and the stunning blue skies. This set is perfect for a great winter getaway in the Berkshires.

Yarn Requirements: Valley Yarns Stockbridge (50% Superfine Alpaca/50% Wool, 50g/109yds)
      MC – 4 skeins shown in Light Gray
     CC1 – 1 skein shown in Blue
   CC2 – 1 skein shown in Yellow

Hooks: US G/6 (4.00mm)

Gauge: 20 sts and 12 rows = 4” in pattern
