Inspired by a trendy tunic vest in one of our local boutiques, the Downtown Cap Sleeve cardigan offers interesting detail that will challenge the knitter, but not overwhelm. It is sized to fit a variety of body types. Knit flat in pieces from the bottom up, this project remains portable the whole way through.
