Full width of garment: 92(102)116 cm / 36.25(40.25)45.75
Full length: 55(60)65 cm / 21.75(23.75)25.75
Materials: 450(450)450 g Önling No 21, 60% cotton, 40% linen, 50 g = approx. 214 yards (195 meters), weight: fingering
Suggested needles: 2 x circl ndl size 2,5 mm or 3 mm / US 1.5 or 2.5, length about 80 cm / 32 inches
Gauge: 26-27 sts and 48 rows in sticking stitch on ndls 2,5 or 3 mm / US 1.5 or 2.5 = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches
The texture of the knit-purl pattern is slightly flexible, so please measure your gauge on a sample in stockinette stitches.
Procedure:
The garment is worked back and forth – from side-seam to side-seam, all in one piece. No shoulder seams. Stitches are joined at the sides = knit 2 together and cast off as you go along – from lower edge to armhole. Finally work edges around armholes and along fronts/neck.
