Raindrops on socks and warm woollen … socks! These could certainly be some of our favourite things! These pretty cocktail themed socks are knitted toe-up with included instructions for the shadow wrap short row heel and the pretty Purple Raindrop stitch pattern.

Techniques include a circular cast-on, increases to shape the toe, and short rows using a shadow-wrap technique (SW-KRL and SW-PLL) to avoid holes. The pretty Raindops stitch pattern is worked on the instep (top of the foot) with the sole stitch worked in stocking stitch.
