Description
On this card lies the ancient symbol of the ouroboros, the snake eating its own tail, representing the eternal cycle of life and death. The snake is also in an infinity loop, giving the image a second layer of meaning. The green coloring of the snake further solidifies the image’s meaning, as green is the color of life, renewal, abundance, and prosperity. Death and life in an eternal dance, a constant swirling motion, repeating each cycle, and churning, churning, churning – each end is a beginning, each new beginning is an end.
