The dress is worked top down from the collar. Then you have to proceed with front and back and after joining in round you work the skirt part.
The texture of the skirt part is fantastic. It is lacy but solid at the same time.
The dress can be easily transformed into a top. Just work a fewer repeats for skirt and you will have a beautiful textured top.
