Madelinetosh, Work Sock Sport: Coffee Grounds
Knitters are going mad for Madelinetosh, and with good reason. The glazed solids and subtle variegated colors make up a lovely artist’s palette.
Yarns by Madelinetosh rarely include nylon, but this sport/dk weight sock yarn is an exception. Wool and nylon are combined into a soft and sturdy 4ply with a tight twist. The resulting yarn is thicker than a typical fingering weight sock yarn, and comes in a much larger skein of 7 ounces instead of the typical 4 ounces. This is great for thicker boot socks, DK weight sweaters and winter hats and mittens.
