Description
Sadhana is any daily spiritual practice; most mornings mine is a 5 am yoga class. For others, a sunrise walk with the dogs on the ocean, or maybe those few brisk early morning breaths as you walk to the end of the drive for the paper. Those quiet moments to set your intention for your day before the rest of the world invades. This is the hat I grab as I go out the door to make those quiet moments last a little bit longer.
