Description
A classic pullover with charming touches of colorwork: lotus flowers in front and around wrists and a vine winding around the left upper arm, also I-cord trim and pretty cable decreases.
Construction: Lotus Tee is worked flat in pieces from the bottom and seamed, with set-in sleeves. Shaping at underarms, sleeve caps and neckline is worked using cable decreases. Short rows shape the shoulders. Live stitches on front shoulders are “grafted” to bound-off stitches on back for a seamless-looking yet stable seam. Attached I-cord edges sleeves, hem and neckline.
Sweater shown measures 36″, worn with 2″ ease on model and 0 ease on dress form.
