Description
Hopkins the Penguin is making a splash, and off for a swim with their life preserver. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the toys are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). The pattern incorporates intarsia colour-work for the penguin and short row shaping (wraps and turns) for the life preserver. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
