Hooded Cowl

Description

Skill level: easy/intermediate

Sizes: The pattern is written for Toddler size with changes for Child and Adult sizes. If you want to make this hooded cowl for a baby (up to 12 months) use DK weight yarn, crochet hook 3.5mm and Toddler size instructions.

Materials:

• any worsted weight yarn (approx.. 150[200,250]g or 290[385,480])
• small amount of contrasting color yarn (optional)
• crochet hook 4mm (G) or size needed to obtain gauge
• tapestry needle

Gauge: 9sc and 9rows = 2inches (5 cm)

Stitches used:

• st(s) – stitch(es)
• sl st – slip stitch
• ch – chain stitch
• sc – single crochet
• dc – double crochet
