Giucy Giuce has created a brilliantly colored and textured new line of woven yarn-dyed dobby fabrics. Dobby, or dobbie, is a woven fabric produced on a special loom called a dobby loom. These fabrics are characterized by small geometric patterns within the textured cloth. The same or different colors can be used for the warp and weft threads. Dobby fabric usually features a simple, repeated geometric pattern. Polo shirts and piqué fabric are examples of fabrics made on a dobby loom.
