Description
Dromos (Greek for road) is a striped wrap with a unique and unusual shape. Thick, defined stripes and short rows, all worked in Garter Stitch, form roads and pathways that take the knitter on a journey of different knitting directions. The finished wrap is rectangular, but with a much thicker section on one side. Knitting this wrap in fingering weight yarn on larger-than-usual needles creates a fabric lightweight enough to mold it around ones body either as a scarf or an asymmetrical wrap, showcasing whichever stripes the knitter prefers.
3 colors of fingering weight yarn: 350 yds/ 320 m of A, 50 yds/ 46 m of B, and 525 yds/ 480 m of C
