Description

This pattern has both charts and written instructions for the stitch patterns.

This pattern is written for two sizes using two different yarn weights:

The M (60×28″) size is worked in fingering weight on US 8 needles at a gauge of 12 sts and 24 rows = 4″ in garter stitch.
The L (74×30″) size is worked in lace weight on US 7 needles at a gauge of 18 sts & 42 = 4″ rows in garter stitch.

For the sample shawls I used aprox 340 yards for the M (fingering wt shawl) and 675 yards for the L (lace wt shawl)

Samples are shown in Sweet Georgia Yarns Silk Crush Sock, color: Cayenne (Medium) and The Plucky Knitter Handpainted Lace, color: Old Blue Eyes (Large).
