Description
There are a limited number of kits available for Crucero that include the yarn, beads and beading tools!
Crucero Banda is a rectangular version of the Crucero Shawl. It starts at the center with a vertical strip. Stitches are then picked up and each side of this strip out worked outwards with beads integrated into the pattern at the end of each side. Then a crochet beaded border is worked along the bottom edge tying it all together. The stitches are a combination of a simple fir cone lace stitch and an insanely fun migrating drop stitch pattern.
There is lots to learn in this shawl… it was my first time doing a crochet beaded border, so I have a feeling that will be something new for many of you as well!
