Ashford Hand Carders

Description

Ashford Hand Carders are must-have tools for anyone interested in prepping their own fiber. Used in pairs, hand carders are lightweight and can blend and prepare fiber into rolags for spinning. Ashford Hand Carders feature strong wood backs with a rubber backing and stainless steel wires on the working side.

Options:

• Wool – feature a comfortable round handle and 72 point cloth suitable for most fibers
• Student – feature an all-one-piece plywood backing for strength and 72 point cloth suitable for most fibers
• Cotton – feature a comfortable round handle and 108 point cloth for extra-fine fibers

Please note: Assembly required for wool and cotton carders. Handles must be screwed to the backs of the carders.
