Knitting kit for Wilma Wrist Warmers
These pretty wrist warmers makes for a cozy little project if you need a pair of warm wrist warmers to keep you warm and snug during winter.
The wrist warmers are worked in texture stripes back and forth on a circular needle or on 2 pointed double pointed needles. You get the best result if you choose two yarn colors that are not too close to each other, and then choose the darkest color as the base color to make the stripes appear nice and clear.
Here we work the wrist warmers in Önling No 2, one of our softest and most popular yarns, which is made from pure merino wool. The yarn is made in a small family-run factory in northern Italy, where only the best quality is good enough. From this kit you can make 1 pair of wrist warmers.

Width: Approx 8 cm, but can be made wider if needed
Length: Approx 20 cm
Materials:
50 g Önling No. 2, 100% Superfine WooI, ca. 120 m pr. 25 g.
ORG color (as in picture): Dark grey (3563) og Light pink (2947, rosa)
Recommended circular needles: no. 3 (US 2.5) in 60 or 80 cm
Gauge: 25 sts and approx. 48 rows in texture stripes on 3mm / US 2.5 needles = 10 x 10 cm / 4×4 inches.
Procedure: The wrist warmers are worked lengthwise back and forth on circular needles to obtain knit/purl texture-stripes by working knit stitches only.
