Sophie Scarf and Fixing Mistakes in Garter Stitch Class (San Francisco)

Description

The Sophie Scarf by PetiteKnit is one of the most popular scarves in Ravelry and is a great project for gift giving. The perfect class for advanced beginners!

In this 2 session class you will learn to make the perfect holiday gift (an elegant neck scarf) and develop your knitting skills by learning to fix mistakes in your own knitting (special emphasis on fixing mistakes in garter stitch).

Instructor – Erica Kwan

The class will take place inside the San Francisco shop (3897 18th Street).
To take this class, you must be able to do the following: longtail cast on, confidently knit and purl, bind off.
Sophie Scarf Kit (small size)US 4 circular needles of any length locking stitch markerscrochet hook of a comparable size to US 4 knitting needlemeasuring tape. 

Supplies are not included in the cost of the class. Please order your kit at least one day in advance of the class so we can wind the yarn for you. If you choose to purchase supplies the day of the class, please arrive at the shop 30 minutes prior to the class start time to allow enough time.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible and at least 48 hours ahead of the day and we will issue a store credit for the cost of the class. Day before or day of cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the class cost. No shows cannot be credited or refunded.
